I started Sapphire Home Staging in 2019 with a vision of having a creative outlet for myself while growing my business. A goal of mine is to support other businesses in their growth by shopping and collaborating within our local communities. I pride myself on incorporating the works of other business owners in my staging. What a great way to support and build relationships with other business owners in a creative way. Here’s a peek into a handful of local business I’ve had the pleasure of working with and supporting this year. I look forward to creating even more relationships within our communities as I continue to grow as a business owner. Shop and support local!! Keenan Slab Works Austin and I used to work together years ago and recently reconnected as business owners. I had the pleasure of spending the day with this father/son team at their saw mill learning the ropes a bit and getting a closer view into a business they clearly are very passionate about. As I was getting started with my home staging business, Keenan Slab Works was taking their slabs of wood and creating custom made pieces for their clients. Of course, this got my attention! Which started the conversations about collaborating and showcasing a gorgeous custom dining room table in upcoming stages I had. I look forward to a time where I again can creativity show this piece off and catch the eye of the consumer who will fall in love with a statement piece. Rainboeliza I met Rainbow about a year ago at a local maker’s market. Her unique and one of kind artwork grabbed my attention right away. I picked up a small already framed piece that I planned to incorporate into a stage one day. I recently had a vacant home stage in Lancaster City, Pa where we added an office/workspace into this project. I added this artwork to a ladder shelf to give a personal touch to this space as well as a pop of color. While so many people this year have been working from home, I found this to be the perfect opportunity to make this space not only functional but personal. Home Town Refurnishing First of all, I love wandering into local home furnishing shops. There’s an excitement for me in what I’m going to find. Things you typically don’t find at the big box stores. I found this shop when a friend posted some pieces, she recently picked up here. Gorgeous! I had to check out the store as I was looking for a couple small accent chairs for an upcoming stage. I found the perfect pair that would complement this living room space. I was only looking for chairs that day but ended up picking up a super cute vintage throw pillow and wicker round accent table I was able to use with the accent chairs too. The Cycle Works The Cycle Works is a sh op right here in my hometown. A go to stop for bicyclists passing through town and locals to enjoy. They also have a coffee shop inside for you to enjoy of a joe or pick up fresh ground coffee to go. I stopped in the other week to grab a bag and had them grind up the beans for me. AHHH that smell!! I also had the pleasure of staging a beautifully renovated home here in Wrightsville. I wanted to add a touch of local to this project while giving a hint of that fresh ground coffee smell to the kitchen. Support Small Business! Sapphire Home Staging - Your Gem In Home Staging!
